Shipping & Returns

To ensure that your package is delivered properly and that you receive your package within our advertised delivery times, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address information provided at the purchase time is incorrect or entered incorrectly.

The estimated processing, transit, and final delivery timelines are included here for reference.

Please note that orders in the U.S. will usually take 4-6 business days from the date it is shipped out, however, it may take up to 12 business days depending on Holidays and local logistics. Not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the order's final destination.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Orders are handled and shipped from warehouses across the US according to the customer's address. We will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. We may opt for alternative carriers as needed to ensure timely shipping.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days from the date you receive your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Refund Issuance

After your refund has been granted, it will be issued back to your original payment method immediately. Please note that it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to land in your account.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Condition of Items: We accept returns of items whether used or unused. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must not have additional damage or wear beyond what was present at the time of receipt.
The original packaging is preferred but not required unless necessary to prevent further damage during shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order any time after placing it, send an email with the reason for canceling to support@echovitality.com within 24 hrs to make the request.

Initiating Returns

If you want to return or exchange your order, please email EchoVitality at support@echovitality.com to arrange for either return shipping or a return pick-up. EchoVitality reserves the right to choose the method of return. EchoVitality will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility

Opened & unopened products are eligible for return, provided that products must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling, including odors). All opened/unopened products will be refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of EchoVitality ’s judgment of the state of the Products. EchoVitality reserves the right to refuse any returns. EchoVitality may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products before accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by EchoVitality may result in EchoVitality ’s refusal of the return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from EchoVitality may result in EchoVitality ’s refusal of the return.

Inspection

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will approve the return.
